Game Cancellation and Settlement Policy

Rummyworld will follow the following settlement policy if a cash rummy game has been canceled due to technical faults on our end or unfair behavior on some players' part:

Points/Pools/Deal Rummy Cash Games

A player's stake or entry fee will be credited to their account if a Points/Pool/Deal Rummy cash game is cancelled. Players whose accounts have been compromised or cheated will be refunded their lost funds. We may take action against players involved in fraudulent activities that go against our Terms of Service, but this is up to us.

Tournaments:

  • Promotional tournaments with free entry
  • Rummyworld can cancel a free entry promotional tournament in one of the following ways:

  • Tournament void
  • If the tournament is canceled, all entry tickets will be refunded to players.

  • Only accept the current round of winnings
  • The winnings pool will only be shared by those who qualified from the last completed round. If a round is canceled, tickets will be awarded to winners.

  • All future tournament winnings must be resolved
  • Winners from the last completed round will be split equally among the remaining unfinished games. Because the round was canceled, the qualifiers from the previous tournament will get tickets.

Cash Tournaments

The Rummyworld will collect service charges only from the players who have been eliminated until the last round has concluded due to technical problems or activities in violation of our fair play policies. We'll divide the rest equally among the qualifiers. As winners in the canceled round, qualifiers from the last completed round will get tickets.

NOTE:

Rummyworld takes its privacy policy very seriously and is committed to protecting the data and privacy of its players. Rummyworld will keep the offender's information private, put them on a blacklist, and limit their ability to play.

Rummyworld always strives to give a 100% safe, secure, fair, and seamless gaming experience. We're constantly improving our security features to keep them up-to-date.
